What is Be Still & Know?
Be Still & Know is the meditation exercise described in brief in the free listen above, and it is the title of the full version, available for purchase. It was originally termed Psychocatalysis, derived from the words "psycho," pertaining to soul, and "catalyst," here defined as a vital essence which has the power to change us while remaining itself unchanged. The object of mental callisthenics is to subject the unconscious mind to the conscious. The meditation is a submission to the life principle through which order replaces confusion in our lives. We become impressed by "the inner principle" instead of the will of society, yet our relationships with others become more harmonious (certainly more honest!) because we are freed from the need to rebel (with anger) or conform (with hypocrisy).
What Do Professionals Say About It?
Dr. George Hayter, M.D., Psychiatrist and Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, says the Exercise "...is the only program of self-therapy which achieves the desired end-state of therapy; to lessen the dependence on the therapist — the goal is self-awareness." Also, he says, "It's the only approach that I have ever seen in the whole field of psychology which allows you to become independent, competent and effective."
For many, one hour with Roy Masters will be more beneficial than years of traditional insight psychotherapy.

Thank you for levelling with listeners as to what the USA faces. Our Hopi, Cherokee and other elders from many nations have been trying to awaken The People to that reality for many years.
