 Scientific Proof that Meditation works ( not that we needed it, but it is interesting). Men and Women through out all history and in all cultures have found Meditation helps.. If you read acounts in the bible of peoples of strength you always see them praying and meditating for long periods of time , not just quickly asking for something and then going on through out their day..
