What is the definition of (is) ala Billy Bob Clinton  , when is a tax a tax ?? Is a tax a tax when a person (say me) making less than 50,000 a year has my interest deductions taken away so that i have to pay more in Taxes ?? Or is this article onto something that we just need to change the word so no one catches on to the Tax Thingy ? Do we now need a rule whereby the Elitist can't talk in Latin when explaining themselves and what they are upto ??
