Hey why not put a chip in our head so you can monitor what we are think and make sure we aren't distracted?  Hey nice to see how they use the carrot and stick the carrot always comes first than lots of the stick action. Imagine all the Judgmental people in Philly griping that they have been bumped by distracted people texting, hey what about if your hauling to many groceries. i guess i better shut up Philly is coming out with new laws soon after reading some blogs lol
