Well housing still going the wrong direction and i personally think it going to get much worse . When Bureaucrats are incharge of an economy as is the case now ( China can do it, we can do it better Bureaucrats) the so called leaders can always manage to time everything wrong and get everything wrong. So look for things to get worse and the funnel to tightened around us as we fall down the chute and even their optimism that the golden goose will continue to produce as( Unions) always believe when they Kill a company then bitch for lack of jobs ,these leaders in Washington are destine to continue to fail so failure will be the New Norm....
